Full Circle Freebirth Preparation

Freebirth preparation in Dorset, Hampshire or Online

You’ve done the research. You’ve sat with the questions. And somewhere underneath the noise of everyone else’s opinions, you’ve landed on a quiet, steady knowing — freebirth might genuinely be the right choice for you and your baby.
You’re not against medical care. You’re grateful it exists. But bringing it into your home, with everything that comes attached to it, doesn’t feel like where your birth belongs.
What you don’t want is to walk into this alone, underprepared, with fears you haven’t looked at and what-ifs still rattling around in the back of your mind at 2am.
This package exists for exactly that. So that you can walk toward your birth with real clarity, real preparation, and a mothering intuition you trust completely — because you’ve actually done the work to find it.

What’s included

Six in-depth one-to-one sessions (2 hours each), available in person or online, plus voice note and messaging support with me in between sessions — because clarity doesn’t always arrive neatly inside a scheduled hour, and I want to be there when it shows up.

This package is available in person across Dorset and Hampshire — including Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and the New Forest — or entirely online for women anywhere in the UK. Wherever you are, the depth of preparation stays exactly the same.

Session 1 — Telling Your Story

We start here because you can’t build a new birth on top of an old one you haven’t looked at properly.

You’ll have the space to say everything that’s been sitting unsaid — the emotions, the questions, the bits that still don’t make sense. By the end, you’ll understand not just what happened in your last birth, but why — the choices you made, the role everyone else played, and what it’s actually trying to tell you about what you need this time.

If this is your first baby, we’ll go looking somewhere else entirely — at your own mother’s birth stories, the things you absorbed about birth before you ever thought you’d need them, and how they’re quietly shaping what you believe right now.ag) brings together some of Dorset’s best maternity and baby businesses and offers a day of fun for all involved.

Session 2 — What Do You Actually Want?

Not what you think is sensible. Not what you think you’re allowed to want. What do you actually want for this birth — and why does it matter to you this much?

We’ll get specific. We’ll get honest. And we’ll find the fears and the blocks that are standing between you and saying it out loud, because there’s no version of this preparation that works if you’re still editing yourself.

We’ll also turn the question toward your baby. What kind of welcome do you want them to have? What do you imagine for them in those first moments, hours and days — and how does thinking about their experience shape or clarify what you want for your own?

session 3 — Looking the Hard Stuff in the Eye

This is the session most people are quietly dreading and most need.

We’ll go through possible birth and postpartum emergencies properly — what they look like, what early signs to watch for, what you can do at home, and where the line sits for needing medical help. Not to frighten you. To take the fear out of the unknown, because the unknown is always scarier than the known, however hard the known might be.

We’ll also sit with the heaviest possibilities — the ones almost nobody wants to say out loud — and what they might mean for you specifically. Gently. Honestly. Together.

Session 4 — Your Partner, Properly Included

Your partner gets their own session with me, one-to-one.

This is where they get to say the things they haven’t said to you — their fears, their hesitations, where they genuinely feel out of their depth. They’ll leave knowing their boundaries, knowing how to talk to you about hard things without it turning into a fight, and knowing exactly what their role is in your birth space, logistics included.

Session 5 — Life After Birth

What did your postpartum actually feel like last time? What do you want it to feel like this time?

We’ll find your blocks to building a postpartum that’s genuinely restorative rather than just survived, and build a real plan for the support you’ve always wanted but maybe never asked for. You’ll leave knowing how to come out of those early weeks resourced rather than running on empty.

Session 6 — Closing the Story

This one happens after your baby arrives.

We’ll sit with your birth story exactly as it unfolded — all of it — and honour it together. Then we’ll close that chapter properly, so you can step into this next phase of motherhood without unfinished business trailing behind you.

How it works

This package runs over 10 weeks, with a session roughly every fortnight to give you space to sit with what comes up between each one.

Full Circle Freebirth Preparation in Dorset or Hampshire is in person or online — whichever fits you best. To keep things consistent and easy to plan around, the whole package is delivered in one format rather than switching between the two.

Optional add-on: ongoing on-call birth support — available either in person or by phone — covering your birth window through to one week postpartum. We’ll talk through whether this feels right for you on your discovery call.

Let’s see if this is the right fit

If this resonates, the next step is a free 30-minute discovery call — no pressure, just a conversation to see if we’re a good match for each other.
